FEAST is an international organisation of and for caregivers of eating disorder patients. FEAST serves families by providing information and mutual support, promoting evidence-based treatment, and advocating for research and education to reduce the suffering associated with eating disorders.
Around the Dinner Table Forum
Is an online chat room for carers of people with an eating disorder support by FEAST. It allows carers to post questions, answer other questions, and has a 'hall of fame’ of previous threads that carers may find useful.
Centre for Clinical Interventions
The Centre for Clinical Interventions (CCI) is a specialist state-wide program in Western Australia. There are helpful self-help guides and one page information sheets on a wide range of topics including disordered eating and eating disorders.
New Maudsley Approach
A UK based website that provides parents and carers of people with eating disorders with a toolkit to help educate, empower and equip them to deal more effectively with the stressful caring role.
Maudsley Parents
Is a volunteer organisation of parents who have helped our children recover from anorexia and bulimia through the use of Family-Based Treatment, also known as the Maudsley approach, an evidence-based therapy for eating disorders.
Fixers UK
Fixers are young people using their past to fix the future. They are motivated by personal experience to make positive change for themselves and those around them. Many Fixers have struggled with eating disorders and are trying to make a difference by passing on their experience.
